Your inputs and working notes stay in the current page. The tool does not save them in browser storage, upload files or send a message automatically. Printing or saving as PDF is controlled by your browser.

Information you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, role, project context and question. It also supplies a source domain, timestamp and request reference. Review the note before including it.

Storage and review

Requests are sent to the Our Landmen LLC portfolio intake in Google Firebase. The operating notification and review workflow may copy submission information to team email accounts. We use the information to consider and respond to your inquiry. There is no fixed retention period; stored requests remain until deleted.

Keep the first message small

Do not include private client files, identity documents, financial account numbers or records you have no authority to provide. Further sharing needs a separately agreed process.

Your choices

For access, correction, deletion or a do-not-sell request, email gerald@ourlandmen.com or use the contact page. This website does not use advertising trackers.
